Weekly Breathwork & Yin Classes are designed to support your wellbeing through simple, accessible practices that help regulate the nervous system and create space for rest.
Each session combines guided breathwork, restorative Yin Yoga, and quiet moments of reflection to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and move through life with greater ease.
These classes are not about performance, flexibility, or getting it right.
